CajJim was founded in 2024 by Charmaine Rodrigues, driven by a passion for holistic wellness and sustainable living. Inspired by traditional Ayurvedic principles and the healing power of natural ingredients, Charmaine embarked on a journey to create a hair growth oil that promotes healthy hair while respecting the environment. With her Indian background and knowledge from her grandmothers she grew passion in herbal remedies for her personal hair journey. The company launched in 2024, starting with a small range of hair oils that were crafted using organic and ethically sourced ingredients that are growing at her parents residence in Goa, India.
